AHHH this week has been pretty alright as usual :] i was ill gahhh so i didnt train on monday there was heats for 400 luckily i got marilyn replaced me and she sure was fast! :D yeapp on wednesday went down to chij katong convent to support bdiv :D funn

it was dizzling so lao gong and lao po hid under the netballs for shelter :D

we ate our yummy-licious japanese chewy chocolate ice cream YUMM! :D

but thinking of all the fats and our heavy weights made us saddd :(

the sun was hott!
